Rates
Rates are charged hourly and/or by project package.  Some jobs are simply time consuming.  Others are relatively short duration.  Most home and office PC work will be charged by the hour.  Server work is typically project priced. 

Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed.  If the project results do not meet your expectation, we do not charge you.  Period.

"Per Project Flat Fee" Pricing is available.  Call and let's talk!

Description	PC Work
Home Customers - On Site We'll come to your home, perform all necessary work on site.  We'll work around your schedule as necessary.  Sit in with us if you like, we'll be happy to answer questions while we work.  We are personable and respectful of your home and your family.	$100 for first hour, $75 for each additional hour
Home Customers - Help Desk Calls All "Home" Help Desk calls are charged a minimum charge unless directly related to an in-progress project or a recently completed project.	$50 minimum (per call)

Business On Site We'll come to your location, perform all necessary work.	$100 per hour	$125 per hour
Business Help Desk Calls Established customers only.  But, all it takes is one previous service call to qualify!  Business Help Desk calls are NOT automatically charged.  Simple questions, for our established customers, are free or batched with other calls (creating a single Help Desk charge).  It is not our desire to nickel and dime our customers.	$75 minimum (per call)	$100 minimum (per call)
Good customer service is ALWAYS our primary goal.  Is your question about a recent project we've completed or have in progress?  There is NEVER a charge for these type questions. This allows our customers to feel satisfied with the project results and their price.  Questions related to a recent project are considered part of the original project scope and price.  We do not view Help Desk calls as a method for simply generating revenue, nor do we intend to nickel and dime our customers. If two months down the road, you have a question about another issue or project, the minimum service charge will apply.
